This policy describes the terms on which fees paid to Finance Bareek Private Limited (“Finance Bareek”, “we”, “our”, “us”) for professional services may be refunded.
Nature of Our Services
We provide professional consultancy and compliance support services, including tax return preparation and filing, GST registration and filing, business registration, tax planning, and financial advisory services. Because these are professional services that involve time, expertise, and effort, refunds are determined by the stage of work rather than by the outcome of any filing or application.
Refund Terms
Before work begins: if you cancel an engagement before we have commenced work on it, you are eligible for a full refund of the professional fee paid, less any payment gateway charges.
After work has commenced: if you cancel after our team has started working on your engagement (for example, document review, preparation of computations, or drafting has begun), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, proportionate to the work remaining.
After completion or filing: no refund is payable once the service has been substantially delivered — for example, once a return has been filed, an application has been submitted, or a deliverable has been shared with you.
Government Fees and Third-Party Charges
Government fees, statutory charges, challans, stamp duties, and similar third-party payments made on your behalf are non-refundable in all circumstances once paid, as these are collected by the respective authorities and not by us.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Our fees are for professional effort and expertise, not for specific outcomes. Refunds are not available because a refund from the tax department was lower than expected, that an application was rejected or delayed by an authority, or that an outcome differed from an estimate, where the service itself was delivered with due care.
Delays Caused by Incomplete Information
Where a service cannot be completed because required documents or information were not provided by the client despite reminders, the fee for work already performed will not be refunded.
How to Request a Refund
Email your refund request to financebareek@gmail.com with your name, contact number, service availed, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
